Beauty is, without a doubt, a subjective concept. What may seem ugly to you may be considered beautiful by someone else next to you, especially when it comes to cars.

However, some vehicles have such a peculiar design that it almost becomes a consensus to classify them as hideous.

In Brazil, we are still well equipped with models that, despite everything, manage to please the majority, thanks to a more traditional taste of the public who tend to prefer colors such as black, silver, gray and white. In the United States and Europe, the diversity and boldness in designs are much more evident, often bordering on exotic for Brazilian tastes.
Still, in the Brazilian market we have had our share of cars that were widely rejected due to their appearance. Many of these models are still available at dealerships.

Check out the list of the 10 ugliest cars in Brazil below and see if you agree with the choices!
10 – Renault Clio Sedan.
The Renault Clio Sedan really isn't the kind of car that we look at and say “wow, how beautiful!”. His aesthetic has always been somewhat… shall we say, controversial. With lines that look like they were designed by someone in a hurry to leave, the Clio Sedan has that look that you either love or hate – and, let's be honest, it's not easy to love.
The car's design looks a little disjointed, as if several parts were taken from different cars and juxtaposed into one. The rear, for example, is disproportionately large compared to the rest of the body, giving the impression that the car was stretched at the last minute. And that large trunk, which may be useful, but does nothing for the car's silhouette.
Anyway, the Renault Clio Sedan won't win any automotive beauty contests, that's for sure. But, look, beauty isn't everything, right? It even tries to compensate with other qualities, such as the spacious interior and efficient fuel consumption. Just don't expect him to turn heads wherever he goes – unless it's perplexity!

9 – Fiat Palio G4.
Ah, the Fiat Palio G4, that model that leaves a lot of people scratching their heads. There's no denying that the attempt was worthwhile, but in terms of beauty, this car ended up in the wrong line. With lines that seem to have been inspired by a hastily designed design, the G4 doesn't win hearts at first glance.
The problem starts at the front, where the headlights, more like bulging eyes, give the car a permanent look of astonishment. It follows the body of the car, which doesn't have that harmonious flow, but rather a series of curves and creases that look like they were decided by a team of interns on their first day of work.
And we can't forget the rear, where everything seems to have been fitted together at the last minute. The end result is a car that, despite being functional and affordable, won't win any beauty awards. Anyway, the Palio G4 does the job, but without any glamour.
