4 – Ford Taurus.
He may have his fans, but let's be honest: he doesn't get many points for good looks. With lines that are more reminiscent of an orthopedic shoe than a sports car, it is definitely not the darling in terms of style.

The Taurus aesthetic is what you might call “love of convenience” – it’s not that you fall in love at first sight, but you learn to like it over time, especially if you value interior space and comfort over bold design. The front of the car, for example, seems to have been designed at a time when the rule was: the more generic, the better.

And even though he was a sales success at times, it wasn't because of his appearance. The Taurus may be many things – reliable, spacious and even reasonably affordable – but an icon of automotive beauty it is definitely not. It's the kind of car you recommend to a friend who wants practicality, not to someone who wants to make a grand entrance.
3 – Chevrolet Ipanema.
When it comes to beauty, this car really leaves something to be desired. It looks like it was designed during a creative hangover, with those lines that are more reminiscent of a science fair project than a vehicle that should be driven around boasting any charm.

Ipanema's design is a true testament that not everything that is functional has to be beautiful. With a look that mixes the elongated rear of a station wagon with the front of a 90s sedan, the car has an aesthetic that can kindly be described as “quirky”. It's as if it was assembled from parts left over from other less fortunate models.
In the end, the Ipanema does its job as a spacious and relatively reliable car, but in terms of style, it's hard to defend it. It's the kind of car that we love more for what it does than for what it shows. A true ugly duckling from Chevrolet, which still has its charm hidden, if you are willing to look beyond appearances.
